Welcome to a long overdue post. Let us begin with the flight to Hong Kong.

Day 1: The Flight
Photobucket

Tada... Singapore Airlines!

Ok, when we got there, we went to Galaxy of the Stars to watch that light show thingy which I forgot the name. No pictures of it because I have shaky hands and the shot turned out super blurry I was watching the show and my camera couldn't get the shot anyway. ;D The only shot I got was the Bruce Lee bronze statue.

Haiiiii ya!

Day 2: Hong Kong Disneyland

Ok before we get to Disneyland, we need to take the MTR there so let me spam you with trains once again.

Photobucket
Tung Chung Station

Welcome aboard the MTR. We will now depart from Tung Chung Station. This is where my hotel is and guess what: it's at the end of the line! Woohoo! ^-^

Photobucket
Tung Chung Line Interior

This is the interior of the trains. The seats are reasonably spaced out unlike our old MRT trains. "/ Oh, and they have that Dynamic Route Map System aka flashing lights for the next station located above every door. Cool right?

Photobucket
Sunny Bay Station at night

We arrived at Sunny Bay! My day shot wasn't quite right so I got my night shot out instead. As you can see, Sunny Bay is located in the middle of nowhere and used as an interchange station to the Disneyland Resort Line. It has no air-conditioning but it still is cooling. Oh wait, it's winter. "/ Check out the roof.

A sunny Sunny Bay

Ok, this is the train to Disneyland.

Photobucket

Driverless and you can see the cab and the tracks at the same time when you are standing in front! :D

Photobucket

Check this out. This is the real interior of the trains. In Singapore, you only see sofas on 3 sponsored SBSTransit buses. "/ They even have bronze statues of Disney characters all around the train!

Photobucket

Check out the catenary wires at Disneyland Resort Station. So Victorian right?

Disneyland Resort Station

Welcome to Disneyland Hong Kong!

Photobucket

Now obviously, Disneyland is not Disneyland without the Disneyland Railroad. Here comes the train!

Fantasyland Station

The only stop around the line is at Fantasyland so we got off there. Fantasyland is a place filled with Poohs, Tiggers, Piglets, classic Disney characters and baby Disney characters. Too bad I ain't got pictures of it because I couldn't be arsed to take them was enjoying the ride. Wait, that sounds wrong. Oh never mind.

The only picture I think I got was at the Autopia Highway Of Tomorrow. It's something like our go-karts only with a track in the middle so you can't drive wherever you like. Also, the car I got knows only 2 things: brake hard and accelerate hard. So whenever I let the guy in front of me go first before I do, I would be tailgating him in like 5 seconds or so. "/

Photobucket

That's my cousin.

Ok, things must go on. The fireworks were at 7pm! :D Pity I couldn't get it on camera. Same reason as the Symphony Of Lights show above. Hey, I remembered the name! ^-^

Sleeping Beauty Castle

Photobucket
Hong Kong Disneyland Christmas Tree

The tree still isn't as tall as the one on Mount Faber though. ;D

Photobucket
Neon Lights at night

Wait, that's not Disneyland. That's AFTER we left after the fireworks.

And the only thing I remembered there was shopping at a Hong Kong pasar malam and being almost blinded by I think chilli powder by 10 seconds.

Day 3: The Peak

Ok, not exactly the whole day though but still anyway, we queued for like 1 hour or so to buy a return ticket for a 5 minute ride. "/ Make sense? No? Well, it is the cheapest and FASTEST way to get up. And who said that Hong Kong's public transport was efficient.

Photobucket
Me about to be rammed by the tram.

Photobucket
The Peak Tram to Joseph's house The Peak

Ok, we didn't spend much time at the Peak because there wasn't much to see anyway.

Day 4: Transport Spotting!!

Okay, not so but it's the only pictures I got left.

Photobucket
Tram

Photobucket
Minibus

The minibuses there can seat up to 28 people (not these) and yet we complain about our 17 seaters here! "/

Photobucket
KMB Bus

As you can see, Hong Kong does have TVMobile but they are called BusTV.

Last picture before leaving Hong Kong.

Photobucket
Hong Kong International Airport Check In Rows

We must be number 1 in everything for example being number 1 in receiving the A380s.

Ok, seeya!
